Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 October 2026.

This policy explains what personal data 5ambers collects through 5ambers.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers this website only. The Julius service has its own privacy policy. What our products do inside a customer’s own store is described in that product’s documentation and in the agreement with that customer.

Who is responsible

Wealthy, MB, company code 307058023, Kaštonų g. 1-2, Jonučių II k., LT-53272 Kauno r., Lithuania.

We are the data controller for everything described below.

What we collect

When you write to us

The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional subject and your message. It is delivered to our mailbox as an ordinary email — the website does not store it in its database and does not keep a copy after sending. We use it to answer you and to keep the thread of the conversation.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). If the exchange turns into an offer or a contract, Art. 6(1)(b).

Server logs

Our hosting provider records the usual technical data for every request: IP address, date and time, the address requested, the browser’s user agent and the referring page. These logs exist to keep the site available and to investigate abuse or errors. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security and stability of the service (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Cookies

We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, we load no third-party scripts or fonts, and we do not profile visitors. WordPress sets login cookies only if you sign in to the administration area; the public pages set no cookies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser; the public pages work without them.

How long we keep it

Email correspondence: while it is relevant to the conversation or the relationship, and normally no longer than three years after the last message. Server logs: for as long as the hosting provider retains them, typically a few weeks.

Who else sees it

We do not sell personal data, and we do not hand it over for advertising or profiling.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or erase it, ask us to restrict or stop a particular use, object to processing based on legitimate interest, or ask for your data in a portable form. Write to hello@5ambers.com and we will answer within one month.

If you believe we handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the supervisory authority: State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija), L. Sapiegos g. 17, 10312 Vilnius, Lithuania, ada@ada.lt, vdai.lrv.lt.

Changes

We update this page when the website changes in a way that affects it. The date at the top always shows the current version.
