Terms of use — Julius service

Last updated: 12 October 2026

These terms apply to the Julius service operated by Wealthy, MB (company code 307058023), Kaštonų g. 1-2, Jonučių II k., LT-53272 Kauno r., Lithuania (“we”). You use it through the free Julius eShop Manager plugin for WooCommerce. By pressing “Connect Telegram” you accept them.

1. What the service does

Julius connects your WooCommerce store to one shared Telegram bot. You write in plain words. The service asks your own site for the data, has an AI compose the answer and sends it back to your Telegram. It also sends the alerts you switch on: new orders and payments, “something broke” alerts and the morning summary. The plugin and your shop’s data stay on your server; the service reads only what an answer or an alert needs, as the Privacy policy describes.

Answers are written by an AI and can be wrong. Check important numbers before you act on them.

2. Your account and your people

3. What you get

Questions per calendar month (UTC) Notes
Trial 300 per calendar month during the 14 days starts when you connect, once per store
Free 50 after the trial, no payment needed
Pro 500 paid, €19 per month (VAT included where it applies)

A “question” is one message you send to the bot that the AI answers. These are not counted:

Daily capacity. Every AI answer costs us money, so there is also a limit on how many questions all stores together can have answered in one day (UTC). When the day’s capacity is used up, the bot says it is busy and asks you to try again later, and that question is not counted against your plan. Trial and Free stores reach this limit first; Pro stores can go on after it.

Reinstalling the plugin on the same address does not restart the trial. Our server enforces the limits, and the bot tells you when you reach one. We may change the numbers for future periods with 30 days’ notice; your current paid period is unaffected.

4. Changes to your shop

The AI never changes anything on its own. Julius can do these things:

Every change is first shown to you on a card and is made only after you press Confirm. The card works only in the chat that asked, expires after one hour, and makes exactly the change it shows. The one exception is the one-tap Mark completed button under an order card: it completes the order at once, and WooCommerce then sends its usual “order complete” e-mail.

You are responsible for the changes you confirm, including e-mails WooCommerce sends to your customers as a result. A refund made through the payment provider sends money back to the customer and cannot be undone by Julius.

5. Alerts

Alerts are a help, not a guarantee. They depend on:

An alert may come late or not at all. Do not rely on Julius as your only way to watch payments, e-mails or stock.

6. Fair use

Do not use the service to:

We apply per-minute and per-hour rate limits and may pause a store that endangers the service. Serious or repeated abuse ends the service for that store.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service up but do not promise uninterrupted service. The service depends on Telegram, on the AI provider and on your own site being reachable; when any of those is down, Julius cannot answer. We may take the service down for maintenance. Your store keeps working normally, because Julius is an assistant and not part of your shop’s checkout.

8. Payment (Pro)

Prices, the billing period and payment methods are shown when you upgrade. Payment is handled by Stripe on its own payment page: your card details go to Stripe and never to us or to the plugin (Stripe’s terms). Stripe tells us when a subscription starts, renews or ends. You cancel, change the card and download invoices at Stripe; the “Manage subscription” button on WooCommerce → Julius opens it. Fees are for the period ordered and, unless the law says otherwise, are not refundable for a period already started. Unpaid Pro falls back to Free; the store is not locked.

9. Ending it

You may disconnect or delete the plugin at any time; the site key stops working at once and your connected chats are deleted. We may end the service for a store that breaks these terms, or with 30 days’ notice for any reason. We do not keep your shop data: it stays on your server, and only the parts needed for an answer or an alert pass through our service; we keep only the site record and billing history described in the Privacy policy.

10. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit or lost data. We are also not liable for damage caused by:

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

11. Law

Lithuanian law applies; disputes are heard by the courts of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights of your own country of residence.

12. Changes to these terms

We publish changes on this page and change the date above. Material changes are announced through the bot to your connected Telegram chats at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
